Payments & Deposits
Online deposits are collected to confirm scheduling of new installations and major repairs. Deposits are non-refundable if a job is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Limitation of Liability
Twin Cool Guys Air LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from HVAC services beyond the direct cost of the service rendered.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Collier County, Florida.
